paper cranes

i am kind of a sucker for origami. at my brothers wife's bridal shower every one made paper cranes. we all ended up making something like over a hundred. Her aunt took all of those cranes and turned it into a huge dragon that was framed. Apparently this is good luck in Japanese culture, in any case i really want to make some.

This is so adorable. This weekend i finally put up the sweet posters my mom got me for xmas.
one three hour trip to ikea and finally.

the village is my favorite for sweet posters.. my pal Amanda had this one on her wall and that's when i fell in love with the sweet duo that makes these.

ideas for garland

some ideas for garland.. i don't think we need much decoration at the full moon resort as the back ground is super beautiful in itself. But i wouldn't mind having something that was sweet and easily made. I keep coming back to these really cool garlands and trying to think of something that would be easy and yet represent Jameson and myself ... i think i have some ideas but i thought these were mucho cute!
